Readme - PiCPro and PowerX hardware support

To support PowerX hardware, older versions of PiCPro (prior to V15.1SP1) have to be updated with new drive firmware and an accompanying parameter (.CSV) file.

Description:

ERROR: Control Response: Hex file too old for hardware. 

FIX: Download the extract file contents. Zip file contains V2.06 analog firmware and a two new parameter CSV files.

Copy the parameter CSV files to:
PiCProInstallDir / Personalities

Copy the firmware file to:
PiCProInstallDir / Firmware / Analog MMC Smart Drive 
for V15.X PiCPro and to
PiCProInstallDir / Firmware
for V14.X PiCPro
